When I set goals, the outcome is not always what I expected. It is important to be determined to reach my goal when I set it, otherwise I will never get the outcome I seek. It is also important to set realistic goals.
After setting a goal, I must stick to it, even when it seems that I’m not making any progress toward it. If I set a goal, and don’t get the outcome I want right away, I need to keep working toward it, otherwise the goal was pointless, and, when I give up, it shows that it was not a goal I truly wanted to achieve.
When I achieve a goal, it feels great. I need to remember this, and not become discouraged if the outcome is not what I expected right away. I should always strive for a goal that is challenging and put everything I can into working toward it so that I will achieve it.
